After a long period of illness, I’ve been forced to take a few weeks off and cancel my next two races. Adding yet another detour to a season that has been very difficult, both professionally and personally, it wasn’t exactly what I had come Switzerland for. Seeking some mental solace and fresh air, I meandered up the mountain for a jog-hike. Up at 2733m, the view was indescribable and so was the perspective.
